Organized by PIDC (Plastics Industry Development Center) Taiwan, Effinno Technologies delivered the second round of the year the public one-day training course - Thermoplastics Injection Molding Condition Setup Procedure - in Taichung, Taiwan, on April 28, 2021.
In the day’s training, Hank Tsai, the consultant of Effinno Technologies, instructed the participants in a step-by-step procedure for injection molding condition setup, the scientific background, and the accordingly practical approach of each step, how to monitor the process consistency on a machine, and how to convert an established process condition from a machine to other ones producing the molded parts with consistent quality.
At the end of the training, all the informative stuff is summarized in an Effinno Injection Molding Condition Setup Worksheet. Moreover, an Effinno-developed Windows Excel-based application program, Scientific Molding Condition Setup Calculator, is offered to every attendee to facilitate their review for the day’s learning and the application at their future molding condition setup works.
