Integrated Weight Data Analysis of Injection Molding – August 24, 2021
Organized by PIDC (Plastics Industry Development Center) Taiwan, Effinno Technologies delivered the public one-day training course – Integrated Weight Data Analysis of Injection Molding - in Taichung, Taiwan, on August 24, 2021.
It is the Part 3 course of the series [Expedite Mold & Molding Condition Qualification for Mass Production Transfer]. Following Part 1 [Scientific Injection Molding Process Condition Set up Procedure] and Part 2 [Taguchi DOE (Design of Experiments), the Skill of Optimizing Injection Molding Condition], the day’s training imparted the participants how to explore and maximize the value of the injection molding weight data at their fingertips for:
<1> monitoring consistency in the molded part quality control after mass production transfer,
<2> quantifying and benchmarking their personal and team’s technical capability in injection molding, and
<3> recognizing the opportunities of upgrading their technical capabilities.
All above-mentioned are shop-floor practices bridged with the related injection molding science and knowledge.
